recently when ever I download large files on my 56k (such as 20mb or over) the download window will finally get to 99% then freeze, then the file will time out, Does anyone know what would acuse this? |

Maybe its just windows having a hard time moving the file from temp internet files across to wherever you chose to save to.
I recommend you try using a download manager the likes of, Getright [www.getright.com] or goZilla |

You could try a STAYCONNECTED program,don't use gozilla unless you want your registry full of SPYWARE,this will slow down your downloads also while it send information back to it's headquarters.Even when you uninstall the program the SPYWARE continues to operate. just trying to be helpfull.
