The impact to you as the customer has no doubt become increasingly noticeable, with slower downloads and more frequent busy signals. While we believe that all New Zealanders should have free Internet access as of right, unfortunately (from a cost point of view) we cannot continue to operate this current service as is - even at these current levels.
