11708	2001-04-22 22:02:00	I like the desktop theme but I dislike the sounds associated with events. I have used control panel to try to turn them off or to deselect them but I havn't yet succeeded. If I listen to music I also get the theme sounds. ?? jim	Guest (0)
11709	2001-04-22 23:10:00	Hi there Jim, Are you using the Windows desktop Theme Manager or a third party one? I would be inclined to uninstall the theme then reinstall, as there may be a confliction, or an association with the sounds to another application. Never had this problem myself, as I usually use a third party application as they normally have more control over event sounds. Hope this will be of help. Regards Fred	Guest (0)
