11884	2001-04-28 01:32:00	Hi there, I upgraded a program on my system and after the upgrade the program needed to re-boot windows to function. At the reboot I now get an error message that explorer.exe has performed an illegal function and will be shut down, hence that is as far as I can go to re-boot windows. Can someone give me some idea on how to rectify the problem with explorer.exe. Also I would like to know if I have to reinstall Windows98, is it possible to reinstall from dos without loosing my allready installed programs and settings?
