| 11855 | 2001-04-27 03:12:00 | Almost every time I run a movie with Media player 6.4 (did it with 7.0 as well), my system crashes. Sometimes it just freezes up, but mostly it 'hard crashes'... like the reset button was pushed. To cut a long story short, I've reformatted and reinstalled win2k, changed the motherboard, CPU, sound card and RAM. I've also ran norton antivirus. I've got a P2 400, 100Mb RAM, TNT video card (which besides the power supply, modem and Ihug satelite card, is the only thing I haven't tried changing). Anyone have any ideas? |
