11807 2001-04-26 04:45:00 Hello,i have a 486 dx66 with a 1.2 gig hard drive. When i do a format fdisk with only recognise 506 megs.I downloaded a bios upgrade from the net, with a flasher to install the new bios, but i get a message saying not a new bios.Which leads me to suspect the bios has already been flashed previously. However i still have only half my drive.anyone have any ideas??.
I wonder if the drive was bad and has been mapped out.
