| 11810 | 2001-04-26 01:09:00 | Everytime I start Microsoft Outlook 2000, I get an old reminder of an appointment that I deleted over 2 months ago. If I click on 'Dismiss' or 'Snooze' a Microsoft Oultook message pops up that reads 'Cannot postpone the reminder. The message you specified cannot be found'. How do I fix this problem. Thanks. Pete. | Guest (0) | ||

It is hidden in the Office 97 CD somewhere. I havn't used Outlook 2k in home user mode before so the 'Services' entry may not be available under the 'Tools' menu. If it is, then try adding the personal folders service again and set up a new PST file. Then copy your folders into the new PST. |
