| 11794 | 2001-04-25 05:50:00 | Im running win 98se & IE 5.5. For no apparent reason the start button changes to multi-coloured lines or the same colour as the desktop. It only seems to do it while on-line & I havnt been able to see what triggers it off. I vagualy remember reading something about it sometime ago but can't remember where.
