| 11843 | 2001-04-27 00:49:00 | Hi, We need to speek to a modem expert. Does anyone know someone we can call? The fault is too detailed to write. We have Building Management Systems and use modems to talk between our office and the panels. We have had some limited help from Dynalink and USR but need to explain to someone what is occurring to get some pointers on where to look to overcome faults. Would very much appreicate any contacts. Kind regards, Frans |

Set to 9600 which is the requirement of the BMS panels. Modems connect and we log on, but when attempting to pass data either way they disconnect. Kind regards, Frans |
