| 11995 | 2001-04-30 01:29:00 | I am using Win98. The Defrag program will only go to 4% and no further. The 'Map' has disappeared and I only get a blank screen. It has been working perfectly for years and the only program I had installed prior to the trouble was a version of Acrobat Reader. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

| 11996 | 2001-05-02 08:46:00 | Have you tried turning any screen saver or applicatins running in the background off?,also you could either uninstall acrobat reader,and try running scandisk in case you have disk errors(just run the standard test and select fix error`s automatically.)but allways try one thing at a time, I suggest sceen savers and scan disk b4 uninstalling anything,also you could try downloading a registry cleaner from the PcWorld downloads page and clean up your registry,sometimes that can be a cause. |
