| 11938 | 2001-04-29 01:29:00 | Since I have had my computer I have had this problem more often than not, one day it will print the next I connot print the document due to the fact that i have lost the two-way communication. I have checked the connection lead and its plugged in correctly, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer. Could the connection lead be faulty? Please help |

If it works then the fault is in the lead or Take the printer to someone elses computer and try or just take it back to the place you bought it from. Because you are saying that it works one day and not the next then I think you are right that it might be the lead. |
