| 1250564 | 2011-12-24 23:04:00 | Happy Xmas everyone. I was watching a program on Television this morning, "Human Power Station", where a swag of Bicycles with generators were supplying power to a house. My son came up with a brilliant idea. Put all prisoners and wrongdoers on bicycles. Food would be provided in exchange for Kilowatt Hours. Offenders would keep fit. They would also be too exhausted to get up to mischief. They could pay for accommodation in the same way! Instead of fines for traffic offenses, which often go unpaid, they would have to produce X number of Kilowatt Hours of electricity. |
