| 1272597 | 2012-06-21 22:03:00 | Hi Mark, if you are still around. I'm brand new here. was hoping to find an answer to a different problem, but have had similar to yours before. 1. Are you able to access the Ipstar terminal properties site. If so you should be reading signal strength 70+, & Esno 8+ & reasonably steady. 2. The ODU of these are notorious for Moisture ingress. Easy to spot by condensation on the inside of the clear diaphragm covering the horn. If you are renting the equip. Farmside should replace. Hope that's a help. |
