Hope all those further in the East are ok. Mother Natures way of wishing us a Merry Christmas, bloody woman, nature should have been managed by a male :D |

Wife and I were in the New Brighton library, she downstairs/me upstairs, when the 2pm one struck. Told three people to get down the stairs quickly and to hold onto the rail. (never heard so much screaming) wife could not hear me yelling to get out the front doors, I was then shunted out onto the Pier exit. Good view of the dust clouds out at Sumner, etc, from the Pier. Only a few books down, but library closed today, temporary according to the notice. Lurking. Ps. anyone have problems with Mail Delivery SubSystem mainly GMail ? lurks. |
