| 1250018 | 2011-12-22 23:07:00 | In Germany they came first for the Communists and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist. Then they came for the Jews and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew. Then they came for the trade unionists and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist. Then they came for the Catholics and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant. Then they came for the gays and lesbians and I didn't speak up because I was straight Then they came for me-- but by that time no one was left to speak up. With apologies to Pastor Niemoller for judicious poetic licence. Billy |

| 1250020 | 2011-12-23 00:44:00 | As far as I can see, none of the above is un-natural, can we say the same for buggery? I'm not so sure of that Ciccy, the Catholics are a pretty ropey lot (no offence intended to resident left-footers, who are all fine folk) but if buggery is any kind of issue in today's liberal society there'd be a few Monsignors, sheep shaggers, donkey drivers and dog dorkers out there who'd be feeling a bit precarious if found out. Buggery (as you so delicately yet eloquently put it) is also practiced by the incarcerated classes and accuse one of those of pillow biting or being on the wrong side of a mattress and you'd be wearing what was left of yours as a necklace. Cheers Billy 8-{) |
