| 1249893 | 2011-12-21 21:17:00 | I've noticed that when you check the warranty status on the mfg's website it does not necessarily give you all those years from your actual purchase date .... They count it from their date. If you send it back to them, then it's from their date, but if you take it back to the shop you buy ift from, the date is from your day of purchase. |

| 1249894 | 2011-12-21 21:19:00 | I bet the real reason for a 1 year warranty is that the profit margin is so low, they simply dont want to have to deal with warranties after 1 year As Wainuitech says, it's because a lot of shops are dodgy ^$##*'s. And are ripping you off. They get a replacement for sure....no cost except perhaps a bit of NZ freight. |
