| 12047 | 2001-05-01 05:29:00 | How do I stop programs from running in the taskbar? I have 15 icons in which programs i hardly ever use. It also has slowed down the time to load up windows and the ram speed. I want to stop them atuomaticly loading and load them manualy when I need to. I am running Win98. | Guest (0) | ||
| 12048 | 2001-05-01 07:28:00 | Hello Geoffrey Go to > Start > Run > type in Msconfig, click on startup, then uncheck all of the utilities you don't want to load at start up,click OK, then restart your PC, it should now load much quicker. Alan |
