| 12245 | 2001-05-06 07:31:00 | Running scanner on windows 95, have upgraded pc and now running windows me. Scanner when hooked up to printer works (well almost) but printer just chucks out garbage. When connected independently printer works ok (Canon BJC210). Can scan ok if I go in thru the imaging softaware, I run I Photo Plus and Adobe Photo Shop but cannot access Mustek software to scan text into MS Word via Textbridge. Have gone to Mustek.com but that has been no help and have not recieved response to any e-mails sent to them. Any clues,? I suspect the scanner software does not support ME. Regards Alan |
