| 12242 | 2001-05-06 06:25:00 | Hi all I have recently had to try to renstall my MS Office 3.1 but am getting the message 'Processing top level information failed' I had previous to this tried to install a later version of ms office that was for new machines only,I think,anyway that didnt work but in the process I was asked to delete certain files..could this be the problem??? I have had no trouble with loading this software previously. Regards Keith |
