| 12197 | 2001-05-05 04:25:00 | Last year sometime there was an article about favourite win95 utilites. One was Wonderprint and the other was a file finding utility. I have searched high and low through this site and my back issues of PC World (except April 2000) and I could not find the article. I used the software but lost it in a reinstall thinking I would go back to the site and download it. But I have lost the details. thanks |

However, in the event that no one else can assist, try the following - it's a link from Microsoft to a download site containing programmes which have been thoroughly tested as suitable for use with the Win95, 98, SE & ME Operating Systems: www.wugnet.com TIP: after downloading and installing new software - place a <Link> to that site in a Favourites Folder created especially for downloaded utilities. Then, in keeping with good operating practise, if the Favourites folder is backed-up before any clean installs , the user can easily locate those sites again. |
