I can not print from IE 5.5 and Outlook Express, it comes back that explorer or express has caused an error in comdlg32.dll and will now close. This instantly closes down the program. OS is Windows ME and I have tried to replace the *.dll file from dos into the window system file but no joy, I have run IE 5.5 repair, system restore, reinsatlled the printer but no joy to date. Can any one help? |

Are your printer drivers designed for Win ME? If they are Win 95 or Win 98 drivers it may pay to visit the manufacturers internet site and see if they have any updated drivers. However, if the printer works alright in other programs, a visit to the Microsoft site might be best. |
