Good question Ernie I also await someone to answer your question too. However in the meantime perhaps you could try this - if you compose your emails on your computer with Outlook Express (or possibly other email programs as well) you may be surprised to know that when you delete emails they are still on the system and can be read using a text editor such as Notepad etc. For OE try this: WindowsExplorer\Windows\Application Data\Identities(May be a couple)\Microsoft\Outlook Express - Now choose the appropriate files eg Sent Items, Deleted Items etc. Although graphics & formatting code will be jumbled, if you fish around you should still find the body of the messages.
