| 12322 | 2001-05-09 07:09:00 | That is useful, however a quicker and less technical way to do it, is >> 1 Copy your C:\ Windows\Application Data folder to another location on your Hardrive. 2 Copy your C:\ Windows Favourites folder to another location on your Hardrive 3 Download the freeware utility Ieradicator (less than 50KB download ) 4 Run install this utility will COMPLETELY remove all traces of Internet Explorer and Outlook Express ( I prefer to remove both as quite often the root of the problem lies in IE ) 5 Install the newest version of Internet Explorer and Outlook express. 6 Copy your favourites back 7 Import your Mail and address book back from your copied location. 8 Done. | 12323 | 2001-05-09 11:04:00 | If you go into control panel and then add/remove programs and select the setup components tab you can scroll the list of components and untick outlook express then click apply.Restart and repeat the process except this time put the tick back in to the outlook box and follow the prompt to insert win9x cd. | Guest (0) | ||
