| 12315 | 2001-05-08 03:50:00 | When I try to access OE5 (xtra) I get error message 0x800CCC0D. I can access by going on xtra mail site. Reinstalling IE5.5 and OE5 didnt help. Pinging site returns no errors. Xtra cant work it out. Help |

You provide none or little detail - but will presume your DUN and Modem settings are correct (ref. Xtra) and that 'reinstalling IE5 and OE5' was done correctly. This being the case, I lack the expertise to advise any further. However, I might ask myself the following questions: (i) Has Xtra given me accurate data for correct configuration? (ii) Did I follow best practise when 'reinstalling IE5 and OE5' - Microsoft Knowledge Base Article refers: support.microsoft.com (iii) Is my Internet Browser cleanly installed and correctly configured. (iv) ...Is my registry tidy following all the above(??). Best wishes. |
