We are using 5.5 Outlook Express. We are experiencing the following problems and would appreciate some feed back as to how to fix them. When we click on a folder we sometimes get a message up telling us we don?t have enough memory and to shut down. When we do this another message appears telling us we have preformed an illegal function. The other problem is sometimes when we receive an e-mail a number in brackets appears beside the folder where we have created a message rule. Other times a message will come in and no number appears in brackets beside the folder or alternatively when we read the message the number in brackets stays their. Trust this is clear to you guys. |
