| 12433 | 2001-05-10 23:48:00 | Hi, I have a Duron 800mhz, 128mbsdram, Windows ME, and i am having trouble getting my VUEGO 3300U scanner working. I open MIRAscan and it trys to detect my scanner but it cannot. It said to make sure the scanner is unlocked, on, and pklugged firmly at both ends of the USB port. I have checked all these things and still the scanner is not detected. I went to CONTROL PANEL, SCANERS AND CAMERAS, ADD NEW, and VUEGO was not on the list. So i put in the cd and clicked on FROM DISK, it opened and had a 3300U scanner in the list, i clicked on it and it didnt have USB there. Thakyou for any help in advance, Jordan |
