| 12685 | 2001-05-16 21:36:00 | Boot into safe mode, go to device manager and remove all instances of the modem and remove the printer from the printer folder. Restart. Let windows install its drivers for the devices, then goto device manager for the modem and update its driver with your driver, do the same for the printer. | Guest (0) | ||
