| 12673 | 2001-05-15 22:44:00 | After a hard disk crash and installing a new hard disk the suppliers copied all data on to one of their machines and then back to the new hard disk. Publisher 98 and Word (Office 98)will now not load the clip art gallery. We have reinstalled Windows 98, Office and Publisher. Error message 'The clip gallery could not find the GIF graphic filter installed. Can we fix this without formatiing the hard drive? Thanks Basil and Linda Stewart |

| 12674 | 2001-05-16 13:08:00 | Often during a typical/default install some of these options are not copied to your hard drive. Try doing a Custom install of Office 98 and ensure all components are selected, including the file convertors. You can also choose to install all the clip art to disk instead of having to use the CD to access them. | Guest (0) | ||
