Am having a problem when deleting contents from the Recycle Bin, and a message stating 'cannot delete file dll_disk.iss'. Looking in the Recycle Bin, cannot find file. However I have found the file in C:\Programs Files\Window Media Player and it is 0KB. Have tried copying it to another directory and then to delete from the temp directory in order to place in the Recycle Bin .. and therefore to hopefully resolve the problem. However, it will not allow me to copy it .. says it is a system file. Have clean booted into DOS mode and have attempted to delete it from Recycled/DC16 but no joy either. Any assistance appreciated.
