| 13005 | 2001-05-21 10:31:00 | Sometimes whenever printing to a networked printer, I get the error 'Spool32 has caused an illegal operation and will be shut down'. On doing this, I have to close Excel, Word or whatever. It is then impossible to print anything more without rebooting the PC. Note also, after this type of crash, there is nothing showing in Start, Settings, Printers. Any suggestions on how to fix would really be appreciated. |
