| 12933 | 2001-05-21 02:00:00 | Help please. My computer is six months old running Win me. When opening outlook express I get a window warning that, Explorer has caused an error <unknown>. Explorer will now close. If you continue to experiance problems try restarting your computer. When I exit the window the connection window then appears and ongoes to connect to the server and upon doing so pops up another window warning that, Explorer has caused a problem in sens.dll. and will now close. This action empties the system tray which continues to cause further problems. Has anyone got any suggestions?. Thanks. |

I had a suspicious file downloaded to me some time ago. It wasn't till I updated my antivirus definitions that it proved to be infected with a new trojan horse virus. The earlier definitions didn't pick it up at all. If you don't have an antivirus program installed I believe there are some sites on the internet that specialise in scanning your system for trojan horses. Maybe someone else can help you there. | Guest (0) | ||
