| 12916 | 2001-05-20 21:59:00 | Since installing Outlook 2000 I am experiencing a problem where intermitently I cannot see any text in some emails. This is only occuring with messages from ONE particular email address. The strange thing is that I can see the text in autopreview mode (3 lines only), but not at all when I open the email. I have tried 'Edit Message' and changing the colour of the text, but there appears to be no text at all once the message is open. I still receive some emails which are perfectly readable from this person and we have tried numerous experiments to narrow down what might be causing the problem, but to no avail. I'm not 100% certain, but it may be occuring initially after she send me an email, I reply and then her subsequent reply appears blank. If I then reply to this, she too cannot see any text. Strange and frustrating. It seems as if perhaps some header information is being corrupted at some stage. | Guest (0) | ||

| 12918 | 2001-05-25 00:57:00 | Thanks for the suggestion and the filename correction. However, I have changed to mlang.dll file, but it has not made any difference to the blank email. Any other suggestions? Regards, Ian |
