| 13061 | 2001-05-22 13:31:00 | Detail: Rnaapp cause an invalid page fault in Module KERNELL32.DLL At 0177:bff8abea. When I going to Ctrl-Alt-Delet to EndTask RNAAPP from close program window the above message came up. What does that mean ? Do you have a solution? Thank you. |

| 13062 | 2001-05-24 00:31:00 | Rnaap.exe is called Remote Network Access Application, it is started when you use the Dial Up Network. For some reason in some systems due to a glitch somewhere if the DUN doesnt connect rnaap hangs around and prevents a retry. You then have to do a CTR-ALT-DEL to kill it. It may also give the error message you encountered. Not sure of the answer, but you could try seeing if there is an update on the Microsoft support site for the Dial Up Networking you are using. It has been reported to cure the problem. |
