13120 2001-05-24 10:09:00 Can a business send a file from their old fax machine into a computer so that FaxView or a similar program can read it and thereby be emailed as an attachment so that it can be read at the other end by email?

13122 2001-05-25 05:14:00 I already have Bitware - a fax product that was 5 years ago superior to anything that has the prefix of 'Win' today.
My concern is with old tech at the other end of the 'telegraph' wires.
Old tech and expensive fax machimes need some sort of wire leading out of them to a computer to
make a graphic file (such as FaxView), or, alternatively, dispense with Fax machine and get a scanner?
