| 13083 | 2001-05-23 05:03:00 | In either Microsoft Word or Excel, if you want to print a copy of several files stored in the same folder, you don't have to open them all and queue them individually to print. In the Open dialogue box, hold down Ctrl and click on all the files you want to print. Once they are all highlighted, right click and select Print.
