| 13265 | 2001-05-27 21:22:00 | I am running win98 and I have it setup so that when windows starts my wife or I select our name to get to our own settings (for email, desktop etc. We only have to select our name with NO password, but now suddenly thw password box is not greyed out anymore and windows wants a password which we dont have. How can I get it back to NOT wanting a password again. The only way we can access the computer at present is to press cancel at the logon screen. I have tried to create a new test user with a test password and even this will not logon using test as the user and test as the password.(Incorrect password) Please can anyone help email alant@zfree.co.nz |

Try going to passwords from the control panel and making a new password by leaving the box empty...This just might work. | Guest (0) | ||
