| 13155 | 2001-05-26 00:01:00 | Hi I have recently installed an e-mail program called Incredimail, which is excellent. The problem is that only while Incredimail is running it causes the clock to lose time. My technician says it may have soething to do with our configuration, but is not too sure as to why this happens. When I restart the computer, the clock has caught back up to the right time. We have windows98 SE 64mb 500mhz. Do you have any ideas? Incredimail is great and will continue to keep using it, but this is baffling. Thanks Jenni |

I had a client recently with the same problem (though I don't think he was using the same program). We put it down to being due to one of the sites he was visiting as we could find nothing wrong with anything else, and it only lost 15 seconds over the 5 days it was in the workshop. He didn't have a firewall installed. Do either of you have one? Thanks k1w1 |
