13406	2001-05-30 22:49:00	OK, ordered something online from the US..cost $50US. Shipping costs were to be determined on the finalization of the order. None came...week & a half later a package turned up...shipping costs $95USD !!!!! holy crap!!!! ok ive contacted them twice via email but no response, also contacted amex about this and an investigation to the charges are awaiting my hear say....question is !? Anyone know what legal rights i have over this...the company failed to notify me of the extra costs ??? help please (otherwise a nice MB -SGI 320)	Guest (0)
13407	2001-06-01 09:21:00	Transport charges sound about right, but thats small comfort. Last time I ordered something from the USA I requested it be shipped USMail( no insurance,and 6-8weeks delivery). A lot cheaper if you can wait. If you paid by credit card you could Email threatening to stop payment unless they respond?? I don't know how you would stand legally.	Guest (0)
