| 13338 | 2001-05-29 02:26:00 | Under the Windows Internet settings I have made Outlook my prefered Email application. However Outlook Express still pops up when click on mailto: links in web pages and in certain other circumstances. I dont seem to be able to uninstall the offender and have run out of ideas. I just want Outlook Express to get lost. MAKE IT STOP!!!! waaaaa |

| 13339 | 2001-05-29 03:39:00 | To stop Outlook Express opening when you send/receive email you must disable any accounts set up in it. To do this, start O.E., go TOOLS/ACCOUNTS, then either delete all listed accounts, or select PROPERTIES for each account and take the tick out of INCLUDE THIS ACCOUNT WHEN RECEIVING OR SYCHRONISING. You might also have to delete any listed DIRECTORY SERVICES, but I'm not sure. | Guest (0) | ||
