| 13333 | 2001-05-29 00:23:00 | Hi I downloaded the trial version of Macromedia Dreamweaver 4 from the Macromedia website. But when I run it it takes like 20 minutes to open up, or it stops responding. Any ideas on how to cure this. Im running Win98SE, on a 333MHz processor with 128MB of ram. |

| 13334 | 2001-05-29 03:45:00 | That is pretty strange because I use the full version of D4 on my p166 with only 32MB of ram - it is a little slow but OK. Try checking macromedias website for known issues with win98 because i had a large amount of trouble with the full version crashing under win95 until I got a fix from them - but it took me over an hour to find it on their site. Otherwise, try to find dreamweaver 3 - it is far more stable, and does virtually the same stuff!! |
