13311	2001-05-28 09:28:00	I have extensively modified my windows environment over the last 6 months - during this time I can no longer soft restart using CTRL ALT DEL - it works to the point of bringing up the active programs, but pushing these three again fails to restart the computer....??? 13312	2001-05-29 05:04:00	Does the Ctrl+Alt+Del option work in Safe Mode? It could be that Windows is having a problem shutting down a particular application thus giving the impression it has hung. Try disabling applications that run on startup using msconfig.exe and see if you can isolate the problem. Otherwise, it might be back to the drawing board. Note: To run msconfig.exe go Start/Run, type msconfig and press enter.	Guest (0)
