| 1274625 | 2012-05-11 03:11:00 | I have noticed that my HP Pavillion dv6 has been having overheating problems , personallly i dont know why but doing a little bit of research , hp users say alot of HP Models are getting overheating problems . Last couple of days i have noticing that fan is working propelly ,and performance did seem to slow down a bit . I did a defragement and used cc cleaner . Performance then picked up a bit . So im not sure , whether the overheating is affecting the performance and so want to ask you people out there do you think if i dont do anything about this , is my laptpop likely to have future problems . Plus any HP users , out there have similar problems , please feel free to comment on how to fix it . | Nhashon (16466) | ||

| 1274629 | 2012-05-11 05:42:00 | The DV6 does run fairly hot, and getting the cooling system cleaned out always helps. They are a real pain to dismantle though, the DV6 is my personal least favourite laptop to pull apart. You would want someone who knows what they are doing, otherwise something is bound to get broken. A video has even been made about it... :D www.youtube.com |
