| 1274108 | 2012-05-07 19:35:00 | Sigh.............. Tried to cancel our 0800 number yesterday off cellphone, and have call diversion with remote divert instead. Manila told me yes, 0800 cancelled immediately, wait 4 hrs for divert. This was at 11am yesterday, as of this morning the only thing in place is the remote divert. Instead of cancelling the 0800, they put a toll block on the cellphone. Rang again, sorry, all fixed, wait 4 hrs, 0800 sorted immediately. Rang again, sorry, all sorted, wait 4 hrs, 0800 sorted immediately. This morning?? Still got the 0800, still no divert (except remote divert). This was Manila, today I will be ringing NZ instead. |
