| 13447 | 2001-05-31 21:43:00 | I am running Windows ME and am wanting to back up my PC. I was setting up my backup when I went to record and a warning came up 'Direct CD using drive'. Is there a way of changing this? I ended up unistalling DirectCD so that I could backup my system. | Guest (0) | ||

| 13449 | 2001-06-02 23:51:00 | I think this happens if you have used 'Direct CD' to format a disk, which means that you can only use it thru explorer (drag and drop) and cannot use 'Easy Cd Creator'. If it is a CDRW disk I think that if you can go to 'start/Adaptec DirectCD/CDRW Eraser' it will erase all information on the disk and allow you to reuse it in Easy CD Creator. David Slater |
