| 13651 | 2001-06-05 10:22:00 | When I try to connect to the internet a get a mesage saying that my modem cannot be found some times it comes up as error 630. If I go into my internet connection I am told that all is ok but the port is already open. If I turn the computer of and on Usually after three shut downs I am able to get a connection. What is going on? Some help please as it is annoying. I have 56000 k modem listed as standard. | Guest (0) | ||

Try reinstalling your modem, or changing the driver to once that matches your modem. Standard modem does not sound correct. check all cables between your computer and the jack. | Guest (0) | ||
