13810	2001-06-07 20:29:00	My machine has just started to not shutdown, when i close windows, it shuts down and restarts again, even though i have the shutdown box checked?? This has only happened in the last few days and does it all the time, i have not installed any new programmes or hardware. I am running W98SE, Office 2000 and a pentium 3 733mhz machine.
