13917	2001-06-10 06:14:00	I have downloaded the file sharing program ' Bearshare ' & installed it several times now, thinking it may have arrived in a damaged state. However, when I go to open the program,a message says it can't because I am missing ' WS2_32.DLL ' I have searched as best as possible my windows 95 install disc and can't find it anywhere.
