| 13861 | 2001-06-09 05:00:00 | I started having problems accessing windowsupdate with error messages. I ended up reloding IE 5.5 from a CD and reloading Win 98SE from my CD.It stopped the 2nd problem I had of the program freezing. But know when I click on the product update link from the home page I get a consistant 'can not display page'. I have re-registered on line the product ID of windows but know have IE5.5 with a different ID, does that matter? It bugs me not being able to access the update site, can you help. Thks Frans |
