| 13879 | 2001-06-09 21:35:00 | I have a Creative Labs GeForce 2 Ultra graphics card which is not being picked up by RedHat Linux 7.0's X Windows system. I am trying to set up the graphics settings in XFree86 config but it is not easy. Does anyone have some tips or a really good web site that does? |

If not, then go to http://www.xfree86.org and see if you can figure out which driver package your video card requires. Then, go to ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/redhat-7.1-en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/ and scroll to the 'xfree86' packages and find the appropriate driver package for your card. You may also need to upgrade to the latest version of Xfree86. |
