| 13848 | 2001-06-09 04:54:00 | Hello Dave The screen you are viewing appears if windows was not shut down correctly (causing an error) or you have some kind of system fault. Choose option 3 'start in safe mode' and then when everything has loaded try shutting down normally, then restarting, if the problem goes away, it was just an incorrect shutdown or similar, if the problem persists you have either a driver or system file problem, you wil have to try and correct this in safe mode before Windows will start properly, repost with a run down of what caused the problem in the first place and we will be able to give you some more info on how to solve it.
